Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer for our team in Shanghai. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help develop AutoCAD for Mac working with our amazing team of engineers. Combining the cutting-edge techniques to bring the AutoCAD for Mac user experience to next level on macOS. AutoCAD, as the flagship product of Autodesk, has 30 years history and keeps its strong vitality. AutoCAD team is looking for a talent developer who can work with us to combining the cutting-edge techniques to bring the AutoCAD user experience to next level.

Responsibilities

• Work as an integral member of a high-performance team making important individual contributions. Estimate schedules for projects undertaken and complete them on time, adhering to pre-determined specifications and quality standards
• Design and build advanced functionalities on macOS platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to imagine, design and create new functionalities
• Improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Unit-test code for robustness

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor in Computer Engineering with 5+ years working experience or equivalent MS with 3+ years working experience
• Strong programming skills with C++, OOA and OOD skills
• Comprehensive technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementation
• Good analytical and design skills at product level
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, self-starter, creative thinker, ability to work alone or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced programming skills with Swift/Objective-C on macOS/iOS platform, familiar with XCode and Cocoa frameworks is a plus
• Knowledge of Web technology is a plus
